Visited Salon 3 times starting in May 2024. I requested a specific product be used in my hair, I reached out and confirmed she uses the product. Made the appointment and showed up on time. I sat & sat. Ok you can understand someone running behind but every customer and every visit NO. My color service was already a long process but when you change your work schedule or take off you didn't expect for the time to be wasted by someone else. 2nd service was a haircut, I sat for a while on that too. Been going to this salon for years and it’s to the point where I’m scared to let anyone else touch my head! I come here every time I need a color, press, and trim and the stylist gets me right like clockwork. I love it here and would rather let my color fade and press get old than go anywhere else.
