We moved in six years ago when Black Brothers was working on the outside of our building. Everybody thought they did a very good job. But even better, they just came back this week and did a free touchup on my balcony where I moved my birdfeeder. I heard from our manager that they’ve come back number of times over the years to take care of warranty and non-warranty issues at no charge. Therefore, I’m happy to recommend this company. Reanne.

If you want a job done well, you couldn't have landed on a better website! I live in a multi-resident building in West Vancouver that has just been painted and restored by Black Brothers Painting & Restorations Inc, and I could not be happier with the work that's been done - but that's just part of what's amazing about this company. Robert from Black Brothers Painting and Restoration was so kind to my 88 year old mom. Their company was doing the restoration work for my mother's condo and she was not able to clear off her patio. His workers came immediately and kindly offered to move her plants/pots and table from her patio and returned when the restoration work was done to put everything back. Not only was the work done professionally but it was really the kindness of their company that made me want to write this review. I highly recommend their service... read more

Rob was hired to redo the balconies in my condominium complex. I found him to be very accommodating in helping me and advising me as to the best way to get my balcony cleared of heavy pots and also the wooden tile floor i had. I would not have gotten my balcony cleared on time without his help. I would not hesitate to deal with Rob for any future needs I may have.
