Black Box VR has been one of the coolest gym experiences I’ve ever had. In the last 6 weeks, I’ve lost 1% of body fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle. The workouts are great, the gamification really pushes you and I love the access to the in body scans. Would highly recommend
Wow. It's just a "wow" experience! I have never worked my muscles (full body) so hard before, and yet had so much fun doing it. Gamifying the workout experience is great on multiple levels. First, it's enjoyable, so coming in for a workout isn't drudgery or a chore. It's something I look forward to. Second, it keeps my brain engaged on the game, so I'm not thinking about how tired I'm getting.
