Black and Blonde is irreplaceable!! I've been going there for years and just cant trust anyone else anymore!!! They are just too good!!!! Li and Julie make such a great team - they really help you workshop ideas, making you feel confident the the whole way through. I wouldn't be trying out these alternative crazy hairstyles if I didn't have their guidance but its worked out SO WELL! Julie is amazing with colour and Li is just unbelievable with cuts!!!
