Mitchell and all the staff at Blackbeard are second to none. They have gone above and beyond in getting me out on the lake in style. They took a great boat and turned it into a top notch head turner on the lake!
Blackbeard’s will only work on your boat if you buy it from them. Otherwise you are told they just don’t have the manpower. Also tried to buy oil from them. Called ahead and they said they had it. Got there, and they must have recognized me and realized I bought a boat elsewhere and all of a sudden they were out of oil. I would have bought from them if they had the boat I wanted, as I found them very nice when we were looking. I bought somewhere else and now they won’t do business. It’s a shame they are that unprofessional.
