No customer loyalty, sent them so many referrals and they don't care to lose customers. They don't honor their prices, every time I'd inquire or send a new customer prices changed, prices were raised, and customer service was horrible. Sad to see them change, been taking my cars there for 3 years, sent them 50 + referrals and at the end they had no loyalty. We didn't want discounts, we wanted the price they always charged.
Rude, wouldn't recommend. Claims prices went up cause of tariffs lol lets be real. No respect for previous customers. If you are looking for good work there are cheaper alternatives in the SCV. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!
