I am completely satisfied with Black Bear Realty in South Fork. Curtis Miller is very knowledgeable and professional. I am from out of state and contacted Curtis based on some reviews online. I had two lots in South Fork. I contacted Curtis on June 23, he explained the details and process. A couple days later he listed the property and by July 7, 2023 it had Sold and Closed. Thanks also to Ellie Fluck of South Fork Title for making the Sale and Closing process easy and quick.
