These guys are the best. I can't say how much I appreciate their honesty and problem solving skills. I had what I thought was a major problem with my jeep and they discovered it was something simple and took care of me. They could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars but chose to be good and honest. Honest/ Reliable/ Accommodating These are the words I use to describe Brad and his shop! Had drag link ball joint failure on our '22 Gladiator, did a quick google search for a off road shops in the area, found Brad. Called him up explained the situation, he had the new Terra Flex drag link next day. I dropped the JT off and it was ready by the end of the same day! I have my cherokee xj serviced here. Brad and the crews have really put effort and time into my car’s problems. The turnaround is quick too. I’m absolutely satisfied and appreciate their help. I would have no doubt coming back in the future if anything is needed.
Brad took the time to quote my gear job and answer all questions and the follow up questions I threw at him. I felt comfortable and scheduled the 4.88 gear job on my Jeep. I dropped the Jeep off a few days later. They completed the job in one day and didn’t charge me a penny more than the quote I was given. The Jeep is driving great without any issues. These guys know everything about suspension, gearing, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Black Bear Off Road again. Thanks again to Brad and Avery for the great work!
