Mark upgraded our electrical panel last season, we coordinated with the city for all permits and power cut-off, he worked diligently to minimize the time of power-outage given the weather conditions outside and that we both work from home. As surprises were found through the process (1970s house), he flexed his time and availability and would provide options as needed for solutions.
