The technicians were very professional and. friendly. I originally asked for carpet cleaning only but seeing how well they did that I asked for tile floor cleaning. The team was able to reorganize their day to accommodate my request. They finished their work within the projected time. There was an issue with the some overspray near the floor onto my stainless steel appliances. A technician arrived the early next day and fully cleaned the appliances until I was fully satisfied.
We had a great experience with Black Bear Carpet Cleaning Ltd. The team was professional, punctual, and very thorough. They took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was completed properly. Our carpets look and feel so much fresher. Highly recommend their services, thank you for the excellent work!
Excellent company. Would highly recommend them. They were professional and did a great job of cleaning our carpets after a very dusty and dirty renovation. They managed to save us money by removing nasty stains on stairs and high traffic areas from damage that occurred during a reno. Very trust worthy too. Thumbs up!!l
