Towing- Brian was super kind and professional! We had had a hard day and he was very sincere and kind in every interaction and helped me to figure out insurance. He was very quick to pick up our vehicle! It only took a few minutes for him to get there.
Being over 500 miles from home with a disabled truck was a great concern. They were able to not only diagnose but also fix my 2004 Dodge 2500 diesel. Replaced the injector tube and repaired the wiring in just a few hours. Phenomenally service and great people. I would highly recommend them.
Re: the towing-- if you only want to make one phone call, then call Brian. His competition wouldn't come get me when I was stranded at night in the middle of nowhere; told me I'd have to wait til morning which was hours away. Brian was straight with me about the ETA, price, etc. so there were no surprises when he got there and then got me home safely, which was all I wanted! Our older class b van threw a belt. We were stranded at the Love's Truck stop in Bliss. I found Black Bear on Google and chose them based on the Google rating. Brian went above and beyond to tow the van, transport my wife and I and even our dog to his shop. He had to have the part ordered but made room in his busy schedule to fix the van and get us on our way. Great small business.
