Great shop! Duane has been keeping me on the road for years. He’s a talented, thorough, mechanic, and when needed, extremely resourceful. Not bad for a guy with 2 left hands.

I had been hearing a strange noise from my car for a while, and it really stressed me out because I didn’t know what was wrong. When I called Black Bear, the staff were super kind and connected me with Duane. He explained everything clearly, including the price, which was fair and transparent. When I dropped my car off around 10 AM, even though their schedule was already full, they made time to fit my car in.
