I was looking to buy a 2nd hand Nissan Leaf and aside from what I've read online and Youtube videos, I don't have extensive knowledge on EVs. I needed a pre-purchase inspection to give me at least a level of assurance that the vehicle I'm looking at does not have hidden problems. As a local guide I can honestly say that Duane and his lads helped me out with a pre purchase inspection on a Tacoma. He was quick, detailed, and gave me really great advice. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and none of my enemies. Black bears are lovely mammals and it seems fitting to name a great auto shop after such a terrific creature.

I had an outstanding experience with Black Bear Auto. My car suddenly wouldn’t start and was making a strange noise. It was a very stressful situation for me. I brought it in to Duane and his team, and they immediately knew what to do. They were reassuring, professional, and truly went above and beyond to get me back on the road.
