This company must have forwarded their phones to a WRONG NUMBER. My wife receives calls DAILY and we have NEVER been associated with these people. We don't even sell insurance!!!! My has set up her voicemail stating this but people still continue to call over and over and sometimes leaving some pretty nasty messages
I would rate zero stars if that was an option. It’s almost impossible to get any response from them. It’s a 1 in 20 chance they will answer their phone and zero chance they respond to emails. We have been trying to add a camper to our policy for months. We even stopped at their office during business hours and door was locked. We have been with Black and Assoc for over a decade and it use to be great. Due to such poor service, we will be looking elsewhere
