Overpriced labor rate for repair services. Also lacks customer service.
They do quality work and are fair. Highly recommend.
I have used Arthur Black (Kevin) twice in the past year plus. All Heating System related - replacing a leakiing valve, and then a circulator pump. Service was excellent, professional, and fairly priced for superb reliable service.
Had a leaking pipe down in my basement - he has quick to come out after hours to point out areas of concern that the previous tech didn’t, had another plumbing issue in our shower renovation that he also swiftly repaired. Don’t think I would choose anyone else with my plumbing needs in the Laurel area.
Mr. Black was thorough, professional, and responsive. He repaired leaks associated with my hot water heater. He's good and when the time comes, I'll call him again.
