The owners are remarkably intelligent and kind, get us in early and adapt to our schedules. I have damaged nail beds so for someone to take so much time on my nails was a new experience. She did a fantastic job and didn't rush at all. My acrylics are identical in shape, length, and thickness. They look like press ons. Absolutely stunning, 10/10 recommend. Black and White nail spa.
I have been going to this establishment for about a year and their customer service towards people of color is disrespectful. They will NOT acknowledge you, but when other individuals come into their place of business, they go out of their way to speak. I tolerated this behavior because Sam does great work and I couldn't find anyone in the area that could do nails the way I like them. They are always so kind and able to get me in at the times that work for me. They do quality work with the pictures or stickers that I bring in. I usually have a couple of pictures of what I’m thinking and they are always able to pull it off.
