Jeff is fantastic to deal with and very knowledgeable. Labour cost is minimal. Will be my go to shop for my Harley going forward. No more dealerships.
Amazing Experience, Outstanding customer service, truly take pride in their work. Jeff and his team at Black and Gold MC worked on my 2012 Roadglide CVO. I had a few issues with it, Cracked Header, Primary leak, to name a few, I had an industrial staple in my rear tire, thankfully it didn't punture, Jeff called me with updates and always informed me what was going on, Great dude. Very professional, got back to my email within a day. Made time in a busy schedule to squeeze me in. Diagnosed the issue in seconds and fixed it in minutes. Highly recommend. If you need anything, their customer service was impeccable.
Well, I was told by a friend I should get my new to me bike serviced here... Walked in met Jeff and he did a quick cursory look at the bike, making a few minor adjustments then scheduled me in for a more complete service. Before that could happen I discovered a fuel check valve leak, and rather than sideline me until my appointment he encouraged me to drop by, he'd fix the valve and I'd be able to ride again until my appointment. A co-worker mention this shop and told me great things. So I called Jeff the owner and asked about lowering my bike. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with air ride and lowered my front end. I also purchased a saddlebag crash bar and LED tail lights.. This is a GO TO shop for all your aftermarket needs. Don't waste your time bringing your bike to any Harley dealer where they just rip you off.. I will be back soon
