Unreliable electric service. Many power outages. Poor customer support. A poor example of a “cooperative “.
Glad to have a co-op like this. 💓
Stellar service and communication. When the crazy ice storm hit, our house only went without power for 12 hours. The crew that's on call shows up very fast even on weekends when a tree happens to take out a line or there's a transformer failure. Blachly-Lane Electric truly cares about those they serve. That is also shown by the amount of preventative maintenance done throughout the year.
