Stellar service and communication. When the crazy ice storm hit, our house only went without power for 12 hours. The crew that's on call shows up very fast even on weekends when a tree happens to take out a line or there's a transformer failure. Blachly-Lane Electric truly cares about those they serve. That is also shown by the amount of preventative maintenance done throughout the year.

Once again our power goes out due to horrible weather and in horrible weather these guys get it up again within hours my hats off to this well oiled machine!!! Thanks guys you rock!!!!
By far this is the best electric company I've ever dealt with. Our problem was handled in a timely manner, our service team was spectacular. The problem was solved even though our wifi service is questionable. Daisy was extremely well behaved, and kept our dog entertained while the service was conducted. Two thumbs up. Thank you,
