Very disappointing experience. I waited approximately 15 hours to be unloaded with little communication from the staff. I felt that I was treated with disrespect and that my time was not valued. If you are a carrier, be prepared for potentially long delays. Based on my experience, I will not do business with this facility again or ask for double to cover the cost of waiting.
One of the ladies is nice the other one looks bother like if she is the one who is gonna unload it. Im sorry to deliver stuffs that your company order smh.
