Worked with BLA group for 2-3 projects so far, they are enthusiastic on design and material use, very responsive and good communication with city and contractors with a reasonable charge for their time. Jerry and his firm BLA Designs, designed our duplex, handled permitting, sourced and selected all the materials/ fixtures and drew up all the millwork for our duplex. Jerry has a great eye for detail, is responsive, listens and addressed all our needs. I am a very happy homeowner and I would highly recommend all his services without hesitation to anyone! Everyone who sees our new duplex always say “wow” when they enter and we get many compliments from people walking by our house.
