Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped in for some fittings for a pool heater, the team there helped source all that was needed and made sure I was getting there right parts with keeping budget in mind. I also picked up some handy tips. Great family run business with honest customer service.

I was looking to upgrade my pool pump to a variable speed one, and I went to B&L Pumps Kenwick to get a quote. At the shop, I was met by Adam who listened to my situation and then told me there is a cheaper way to upgrade my old single speed Aquatight Pinnacle pump - by adapting my old pump to a new B&L variable speed motor. The upgrade was done in-house, and I got a free secondhand filter basket on top of the new motor. The upgrade cost was half of what a new branded Virax variable speed pump would have cost!
