I phoned enquiring about the installation of combi boilers. Brad was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I won't be using the company on this occasion I would still highly recommend him and the company's services to everyone else.

COMPLETE WASTE OF AN UNLIMITED MINUTES PHONE CALL AND TEXT MESSAGE.... DON'T BOTHER. Rang these people on Friday 6th September to nave a boiler serviced and to get a quote at the same time for a gas fire removal. Was told to text them all the relevant information, which I promptly did, never heard from them since. Have now moved on to somebody less ignorant and more efficient. STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME.

I would strongly urge you AVOID this company at ALL COSTS!!!. At first, they presented themselves very well and came across very confidant and reassuring. The work started off well and I paid up in full. The problem arose when I had to get someone in to plaster before they could complete the final stage of the work, when I reached out afterwards, I never got a response. They also left the gas meter unplugged leaving the main gas pipe in the house open with nothing more than a valve to prevent gas coming into the property, a ... read more
