I've been working with Paul since November 2024 to address chronic back pain in my shoulder area. Paul has been fantastic throughout providing rehab aimed at becoming pain free. I can now say that this is the case 99% of the time and that last 1% is on its way out too! Highly recommended for experienced physios with great people centred care!
Fantastic place with a holistic view on treatments. Really got me back on track to compete in events after some tricky long term knee issues. Would definitely recommend.

I've been seeing Nina for lower back pain, and she’s been amazing. Her empathy, knowledge, and effectiveness have made a big difference—my back has improved a lot since my first visit. She's always kind, patient, and professional, with a warm smile that puts you at ease. I 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.
Wow. This is such a fun and vibrant community! I don’t see it as a physio, i see it as a second family. Thank you for all the staff and even the other costumers who make feel so comfortable and welcome. Shoutout Adam East Gate, Jason Trevethan, and the lovely owners Paul and Angela.
