Had a really good experience at BL Physio. I saw Joel for a shoulder impingement and he was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to properly understand what was going on rather than just rushing through the appointment. He was very willing to make changes and adjust things to suit my needs, which I really appreciated. Joel and the staff have been so great! I've been preparing for my first half-marathon and have been dealing with some shin splits and pain in my feet. It's only been a few weeks so far and my pain has almost completely gone away. The race is 2 weeks away now and I'm more confident than ever. Can't recommend Joel enough!
Paul is an excellent physiotherapist who has helped me to quickly recover from a serious ankle injury to enable me to still go on a trek in Africa. His tailored program has helped me strengthen & improve my ankle, back and hips. I’d also highly recommend the dry needling for pain management. Amazing service, great staff and a caring environment! I have been seeing Shayle for over two years and couldn’t recommend him more highly. Whether I’m preparing for a race or managing injuries, he is always patient, supportive and highly skilled in treating issues with my knees, shins and hips.
