Love the experience every time I book with Thao. Wonderful technician, very good at her job. Very caring and professional.
Hong does amazing nail art! We booked a Gelx service with her. We showed Hong an inspo picture and she was able to recreate it. She was also super understanding of how short the nails needed to be as they were for a middle schooler. The nails look so cute!
I am not a review person but this experience was so poor I wanted to make sure others in the neighborhood are advised. It is a month after my service and my cuticles and nails are still damaged from this experience. I asked the technician to be gentle with my cuticles and she butchered them. I told her to be careful 3 times during the service and I walked out with 5 bleeding cuts. my sister in law and i came in to get a gel manicure and we had a great time!! the nail techs were very time efficient and kind. the nails also turned out like exactly what we asked for! thank you blu bar nail & spa!!
On vacation in Crystal cove, this place is closest and I broke a nail. Called but they "don't fix nails that other salons did".
