After 18 months of trying nail salons throughout Newport Beach and Costa Mesa, I finally found what I was looking for at Blu in Crystal Cove. The staff is talented, professional, and respects your time. No one pushes unnecessary add-ons. And the view? Stunning. What a perfect way to relax. Highly recommend!
I got gel manicure at this place. The price is $48 It’s a clean place. Nice location. Average service
Love this place. Big clean open space. Everyone is so friendly and I like that the doors are open for fresh air so I don’t get a headache from polish scent. I always walk in so easy to get an appt and all techs I’ve had were amazing. Highly recommend. It’s my favorite
Today was a treat as I’m going on vacation tomorrow. Gel manicure. Cut the service short after technician went in hard cutting my cuticles (without asking first I might add) Left with one bleeding cut and half the service completed - staff were rude, no apology and I still had to pay $28! Left feeling rather flat!
Love the experience every time I book with Thao. Wonderful technician, very good at her job. Very caring and professional.
