I believe you should be aware of how your employees are speaking to customers and the impact their words can have. After 18 months of trying nail salons throughout Newport Beach and Costa Mesa, I finally found what I was looking for at Blu in Crystal Cove. The staff is talented, professional, and respects your time. No one pushes unnecessary add-ons. And the view? Stunning. What a perfect way to relax. Highly recommend!

Love this place. Big clean open space. Everyone is so friendly and I like that the doors are open for fresh air so I don’t get a headache from polish scent. I always walk in so easy to get an appt and all techs I’ve had were amazing. Highly recommend. It’s my favorite
