The experience was disappointing due to constant upselling attempts. Even after declining, the technician continued to push add-ons, which made the treatment stressful rather than relaxing.

Be very careful with this salon in Newport Beach! I’m from outside the country and was charged double the price for the services. This place is dishonest – they process the payment quickly and when you realize, the wrong amount has already gone through. They never replied to my messages when I disputed the charge. I strongly recommend, especially for tourists and foreigners, to double-check the bill before entering your PIN. Extremely dishonest experience.
Worst experience of my life. DO NOT GET TRICKED that they’re in Fashion Island and Newport. Most of the ladies are new because the talented ones are gone. They’ll lie to you the talented ones still work there, but “are in Vietnam, just to not lose the sale. You’ll be tricked into some newbie. Multiple ladies made my nails leak at the edges, so it will get stuck in your hair. Best place in town for a mani-peddy. Vivian was exceptional! Definitely recommended and before going, you should make an appointment with Vivian to make sure she's available for your session.
