I had a heat pump installed by Bol Mechanical and the installation was fine. The heat pump had a $1200 rebate thru Mass Save. I sent in my paperwork and many months later ( Mass Save is extremely slow in processing paperwork) they told me I needed a receipt that said paid in full, something I had not received from the plumber. For 3 months I sent multiple emails and voice mails requesting a receipt. Each request was ignored. I kept Mass Save informed as to how much trouble I was having with the plumber and they eventually ac... read more
