Kenneth Cole is an excellent driver, tour guide, and resource for visitors to D.C. He is personable, knowledgeble, and totally "tuned in" to what works best for his passengers. Our group included a teenager, two parents of the teen, and the teen's two elderly grandparents. We had a full itinerary of places and restaurants we wanted to visit. Excellent service from Boris! He was professional, friendly, and very punctual. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and he made sure everything went perfectly from start to finish.
