I hired this firm on 12/10/2025 to remove one string of Christmas lights and give me a free gutter cleaning quote. They required full payment at the time of the reservation, which I paid. On the day of service, the crew was a no-show. When I called, I was told they had a labor shortage and rescheduled it for a month later. The second time was also a no-show only this time neither of the 2 phone numbers listed answered and there was no provision for leaving a voice message. I do NOT recommend this company.
I am giving a 3 for the mess they made in getting the project done. They came out to add a garage door opener. The two that came out said needed an extension kit, so could not finish. A week later I got a kit set up date to get them to come out. no show no call. called they said be out next day 1-3 no show called sent a guy out at 4 no clue what doing, says ill need help I’ll be back at 7pm .no show sent msg to office bitched he was back out at 830 with help. and they did not need the extension kit, so wasted two weeks at... read more
