BL James & Son replaced the leaking water service line at the house we rent, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and fairly priced HVAC company, look no further. You'll find prompt responses from their staff, who provide prompt service. As a busy real estate agent, I know I can count of them to take care of any client (or friend) I refer to them.

I had my HVAC replaced and the service I received from my initial call and inspection to installation was first class. I had used another local company for years but I have very happy with the switch.

First time customer and I will be back. Best mini-split estimate we received. Installed within 3 days. The crew did a great job and answered all my questions.

Charged me $788 to replace a 12 inch gas line section. Shame on me because I later found out TJ Fannon would have charged $278. The worst part was after the plumber finished, he walked up from the basement to my kitchen with a lit cigarette after bleeding the gas line for air. I do not recommend.
