We had been getting pretty disillusioned with our previous hvac company that showed up in random windows and didn't communicate that well. Them being bought by a private equity company was the last straw (that's a real thing out there in hvac world). BL James was quick to respond and schedule a two part service call,. which they were able to schedule during the same window on the same day. The two "teams" showed up and were extremely polite right out of the gate. They diagnosed the problems, attacked it and provided some additional insights- all fixed efficiently and effectively. Even better, they didn't try to upsell or push other services or items. BL James and Son is our new go to.
Jorge did a great job. He came early and worked very fast. I would call and asks for Jorge for any plumbing issues or questions. Highly recommend using B.L. James & Son for all your HVAC and Plumbing needs. Thank you Jorge! Mauricio (with B.L. James) just came and did a fantastic job too! He flushed out the heater and replaced the condensate drain line neutralizer. Unbelievable!
