*** BEWARE -- READ THIS *** If you are looking for a HVAC company READ THIS before you talk to B.L James & Son. I talked to one of the technicians, Mark, about a small commercial job for my business. They totally lied about what the "cost" of the job was vs what the final bill ended up being. Had BL James install a pressure reducing valve on our water line after a home inspection showed the supply pressure over 100psi. The lower pressure solved problems we were having with a shower valve and our ice maker. Easy to schedule the work, final bill came in line with the initial quote despite the plumbers running into some unexpected challenges. Not cheap, but reasonable price and work well done - would use again.

This company is such a sham. They quote you one thing and then try to charge you another. There is NO WAY they have so many positive reviews. They are either mostly fake or the company has gone totally down hill recently. FIND ANOTHER HVAC COMPANY!!
