This company was best in class to deal with. They go way above and beyond to make this a terrific experience. The installation team was polite, friendly, professional and cleaned up everything before they were done. It was a fairly extensive task for the installation and this team were clearly very skilled. We highly recommend this business. Our original installer 6 yrs ago mislead us yr after yr. Ethan came, diagnosised the issue and the next day Jared, Tristin, Ethan #1, Andrew and Ethan #2 resolved all the issues. Professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. This is our second heat pump and mini-splits installation with B&L, and they're still great! 5 stars all the way around, from office to cleanup. Their price was better than competitors, the work was very efficient, kept the place clean as possible and cleaned up after their work, tested the system and gave us instructions, all with courtesy and respect. In and done in less than a day.
