Wow -\-\ what a horrible, cheating, scamming business. I truly wish that I could rate it 0 stars. Let me begin. I initially took my 94' Jeep Cherokee to B&L Auto on May 9. As luck would have it, Liz, the manager, said they were working on a Jeep Cherokee with the same problems. Six days later when I picked up my Jeep, I paid roughly $1,000. My car started acting funny and jerking on the interstate while traveling from the beach to Williamsburg, we pulled off the closest exit to us and into the first turn off area available, which happened to be B & L. RecommendedWow, we were so lucky to run into B&L Automotive today!!! Jesse and Liz provided the best customer service! We were driving on I-64 when we heard a strange sound coming from the outside of our Prius. We exited the interstate and saw B&L. As soon as we pulled in, Jesse showed us the issue and told us he could fix it right away! Since the fix was quick and cheap, Jesse repaired the car completely free of charge! The lady who attends the front desk very cooperative but her father is a racist and disrespectful person. I do not recommend the place. I understand English I know what he said, add that they did not give me what they offered me.
I had my brakes fixed and I was very pleased with the service.
