Brett came to look at the state of my floor after I'd had an issue with magnesite and was getting a lot of misinformation from several different sources. Brett's calm approach and his ability to listen to me explain the very stressful situation (rather than dismissing my logical reasoning which others had), gave me a lot of confidence in his professional approach.
