Great home and easy to work with builder.
He builds and his wife rents/sells. He over charges and deducted normal wear and tear from security return. I paid $2200 per month for brand new home and the neighbor directly across the street from another builder charged $1750 per month, both for 4 Bed/3 bath/2 car garage
