Poor customer service and a horrible company. Our bill was normal for the first 2 months, just like it was for our previous company, but after the 3rd month, it keeps going up and up each month. Even though we're doing the same exact things, on the same schedule, and routine, nothing has changed. They are the scammers in a good company profile.
3RD EDIT (Oct. 24, 2025): here we are, another mo later and promises made to resolve my issue to be able to enter my acct and pay, etc and this issue STILL hasn't been resolved. I have wasted so much time and effort on the phone speaking to people who say they are resolving it only to still not have it resolved. Here I am yet again going on several mo not being able to see my acct, energy use, etc. I'm at the point of hiring legal counsel as this is simply RIDICULOUS as a customer that I cannot access my acct. Would not recommend, rates are higher than any other electric provider. They don't provide any accommodations for you if you have a child on a breathing machine. They don't work with their customers, I won't be renewing service
