I am extremely displeased with this company. Multiple phone calls and emails to cancel my insurance. They have refused to do so. My auto policy and trailer policy are two different policies . I sent a cancelation in May with the declaration page from State Farm. This company continues to make a reference that they canceled my insurance June and I owe a $700 balance. I am tired of the harassing emails.
As BKS/Baldwin Group has grown immensely in the last few years, they have implemented significant changes that negatively affect their business customers. The worst of these changes is delegating the management of many business clients to third-party "partners" such as BenefitMall. Baldwin is presented as (and in the past operated as) a "premium" broker, but the third-party partners are disorganized and unprofessional. I can't believe you allow Marley Price to use company resources to report 'code violations' against hard working Americans who are trying to make a living through renting properties in Tampa Bay. Shameful. Rent is high enough in Tampa Bay!!
