Changed carrier went from private to government flood without informing me.Very rude yelling on the phone trying to accused me of fraud.
Cory was awesome, patient and got me the changes in my auto insurance I was looking for. They are a bit over the top with repetitive questions. I find 0 point behind giving you all of my information just to have you reask it not once, but twice. I don't care if you call it confirming, I don't care if you call it reconfirming. It's ridiculous. Feels like you're calling me a liar by re-asking over and over. But it's not just this insurance Group it's all of them. Something needs to change for them as a whole.
