BKM built two moden expensive prairie style houses in andersonville. Because of horribly designed and cheaply constructed gutter work, both us and our neighbor have spent thousands in basement leaking repairs. This was a bad design and construction. I would NOT recommend BKM unless you want a leaky basement. Furthermore, the home design features are horrible. $2500 refrigerator and $10 gutter.
