Being fair 1st I will say Kristen's does good cut and color. . The 1st three appointments she was about 20 mins late showing up for appointment. I never said anything. My last appointment which would have been the 26th of April. My only day off. I got there she had someone in her chair. My appointment was for 12. She said hello and nothing more.
