I scheduled with them 2 weeks out. I talked to the owner, Barry, the day before he was supposed to come and do the work, confirmed and went over details. I bought all the materials he advised me to get and he was a no-show. No phone call and just didn’t show up for the job.
Scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Barry confirmed and then never showed. He also turned his phone off so he was unreachable. Very unprofessional way to do business. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!
Barry at BKD Home Services was amazing! First of all he showed up and on time. Second thing is his rates were amazing. Didn’t try to up charge me. Third thing is he did an amazing job!!! Thank you Barry! I have recommended him to everyone I know! Thank you Barry!!!!
