Came in for a Lox Bagel, manager was super cool and helped me with my order. Clean facility. Fresh bagels and ingredients. Got a bunch of bagels to bring back home. Always appreciate the staff going above and beyond.
This is my second time going there and I’ve seen flies walking all over the bagels. I promptly walked out seeing this. I highly recommend you guys keep the bagels in a container. Won’t be coming back
I ordered ahead a salt bagel toasted with cream cheese on June 7th through their Toast app and I was already in a huge rush to drop off my daughter at the sitter’s on my way to work. I show up, pick up my order, and drop my daughter off. Once I dropped her off I open up my bagel and it is literally just a bagel toasted with no cream cheese on it, it was actually kind of comical. Overall 1 star, there was a hair in my bagel, only come here if you like hair in your food! (Ps. Coffee was great, still never coming back)
