Watch out the utility bill when you are buying a house and BKCO is the closings agent. One month after I move into my new place, the utility company told me that the previous owner did not paid the last two months bill and asked me to pay it due to state law. So I contacted BKCO. They replied that the previous owners gave them wrong information about the utility company, it is previous owners’ fault, so they are not responsible for it.
