We have used BK Tech several times for HVAC and hot water heater maintenance. Sean is responsive and communicative, and Mr. Lee, our tech, has always been very prompt, polite and clean (he takes his shoes off when he comes inside). They use a text messaging system to remind you for your appointment, and then the tech calls when they are nearly onsite. We’ve been using BK Tech for years. Thorough, reliable, fair, honest. Especially thankful for them today as they had to make an emergency call to our home during this heat wave. We highly recommend BK Tech. A year later, we had to replace our old unit. The cost of our unit was NOT inflated, unlike another quote I got (5K more).
