I've recently bought one of their homes. 2 years old so out of warranty window. Needed help with siding coming off in a wind storm earlier this year. They told us "it's windy in the south, you know", then ghosted us. Had someone else come to fix the siding and found the builder had glued it on with silicone. Now our 2 YEAR OLD roof is leaking and can't even get this builder to return our calls to see about a quote. A handful of their homes are going up near me.
