I ordered a birthday flower arrangement with a helium balloon & teddy bear for my Best Friend’s birthday through Interflora. Checking the ‘same day delivery’ criteria, I proceeded with my order (of well over $100) and I got the Interflora confirmation at 10:40am. The delivery was attempted on the same day as stated, but when my friend was not home to receive the gift, I was not informed that delivery had not been carried out.
