I joined this gym hoping for a community experience without the soullessness of major corporations. While my experience taking classes has been mostly fine, I am writing my first ever Google Review because their customer service has been above and away the most disrespectful, unhelpful, and condescending I have ever experienced. The gym is nice and clean - the instructors are great. Their customer service policies are horrible and exploitative to the point where it doesn't make sense to do business with them. I was out of town and I had my wallet stolen - BK Fit continued to try to charge a cancelled credit card for 3 months before cancelling my membership, then referred the 3 months of payments (in which I never used the gym - I was out of town) to a debt collections agency.
