Started at BK Fit to get in better shape in May 2024 and as of today, I am the strongest I’ve ever been and in the best shape of my life. The Bushwick location is great — plenty of equipment, storage, bathrooms, shower, air conditioning, etc. Class sizes vary depending on what time you go, but usually there’s no more than 10 people. Coaches know what they’re doing. Always a great time and accessible for all levels. Great challenge, always feel strong after. Highly recommend!

I really love coming to the gymnastics classes here with coach Nazar!! In just a few short months I went from having no experience at all to learning how to do pullovers, ring muscle ups, and other gymnastics skills. The facilities are nice with plenty of equipment, tall ceilings, plenty of space, aircon, a nice bathroom, cubbies for your stuff, a water fountain etc. Give BK Fit a try for crossfit or gymnastics, you won't be disappointed!
