Started working out 4 weeks ago here. I was coming in after my 3rd back injury (broken back 3x) & hadn’t touched a weight in over a year. I did the intro build up w/ Coach Bonnie. They are so knowledgeable and a great teacher, plus just a warm and welcoming vibe. Felt sturdy going into my first workout after two weeks of the intro instruction. I’ve really enjoyed being a member here at BK Fit - Bushwick. The biggest thing I was looking for in a gym was a strong sense of community. The folks are welcoming, supportive, and inclusive. Coming from a CrossFit background, I can attest that the programming is effective for my needs. The workouts are well thought out, balanced, and consistently push you. I also really appreciate that there are classes every day of the week, which makes it easy to stay consistent no matter how busy life gets. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love the group classes here! I’ve been coming for over five years now and honestly, I can’t live without my CrossFit classes anymore. They’ve helped me become so much stronger, my body looks amazing, and I truly love the results I’ve gotten over the years. What makes this place even more special is the community.
