We contacted B&K for an estimate to grade an area where 13 large hemlocks are being removed and replaced with inkberry holly. Kurt called and we talked about our plan. Since the trees will be removed next week, and the area being graded diverts a lot of rain runoff from our house, Kurt wanted to see the area before the stumps were ground, explaining how at times it's best to remove the stumps entirely. Just had B&K replace a drain pipe under paved driveway. Kurt and his crew did a fantastic job. 1. explained the process from start to finish. 2. did anything I ask without question. 3. they were on time for quote and start of job. 4. gave a fair quote price. 5. they went above and beyond to clean up on job completion. 6. explained process during job. Amazing Experience!! I've had people help me with clearing snow and I've done it myself over the years, but today I had a fantastic experience with Kurt from B&K Excavating. Kurt was prompt, stayed in touch with me and met all of my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Our property is very difficult and would scare most people away, but he stepped up to the challenge and did everything I needed him to do! Thanks for your help and keep up the good work.
