I called to ask about repairs on my vizeo tv I was told they are throw away TVs, parts are not available, needless to say vizeo had a power board to my door in less than a week, tv good as new for $55. All they wanted to do was sell me a new TV which I wasn't looking for. I would never recommend this place and will do my best to keep folks from going there.
I had Brian and Kim fix both of my Samsung LCD tv's when the capacitors blew out. It was a fraction of the cost of replacing them and they are still working fine for watching antenna tv. Kim knew exactly what the problem was when I called and gave me an accurate repair price over the phone.
