Horrible. Paid the deposit. I Hear back in the am that they couldn't make the appointment and they had to push 3 days. I relayed urgency. No response so had to go a different route. They hit me back up saying they managed to switch things around after I had already made arrangements. So far no deposit has been refunded yet.
Had a horrible experience with this contractor. This felt lik a bait-and switch. Paid $225 for a diagnositc, agreed to a $1020 quote, and put down $300 deposit to schedule the work. When the electrician (different from the initial), arrived, the price was suddenly increased to $1570-- no prior indication, just a completely different number at the time of service. I declined. I'm not comfortable with pricing that changes after an agreement is made, and won't be pushed into using a deposit a s credit to proceed. Still working ... read more
