One of the owners helped me when I went to B&K. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He gave me very useful pointers about shifting and bike laws in cleveland. His prices are very fair and so are his cost of service. I am forever a B&K customer.
Needed a new inner tube for a BOB stroller -- staff was super friendly, used my inner tube (already bought one from Wal-Mart) and it only cost $7. Would definitely go back for any problems in the future.
As a brand new entry into the world of roadbiking, I shopped around to a few shops around Cleveland looking for knowledgeable people who could bring me up to speed on what I should be looking, and paying, for a entry level road bike.
