One of the most reputable, honest repair shops in the high desert. Bill worked on my air conditioning just in time for my trip to Oregon and it works like a charm now. I'd recommend the folks over at B&K to anyone.
There is No option for Zero Stars. I am a trained Aviation Mechanic. I am retired and disabled. Goforth was recommended to me. Bill Goforth stole parts off of my El Camino and literally sabotaged my car. I painted the differential black. I paid Goforth to install an engine and transmission and other parts in my vehicle. I am happy I found this shop. It's the kind of shop that is extremely hard to find!
There's no better place I know of (nor can I imagine one) where a single woman can bring her car. We are treated with respect and thoughtfulness. Everyone is consistently friendly -- and it's not fake friendliness; I know as I've been there many times with this poor old car. They really want to help and they go above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable, to make sure we understand what's wrong with the car, to let us know ahead what it will cost, and to schedule repairs for times when it's convenient for u... read more
