I shop at BJs weekly. In February 2026, BJs had a promotion whereby shoppers who spend $150 or more would receive a $15 coupon which would be credited to their account around mid February. Since my weekly BJ shopping bill is over $150 I qualified for the coupon. On February 14th (Valentine's Day), I logged on to my Bjs account to clip coupons and clipped the $15 coupon. Tired of this at our lansing store. This man usually brings in 3 large dogs and even some employees are tired of it. Before this picture was taken, both dogs had their noses in food and in the meat cart. The owner did nothing. The employee quickly pulled the car cart away shaking his head. This is a food establishment, not a dog park. Do better BJs!! It's people like this that are making it harder for service dogs!!!!

I strongly advise against using BJ’s delivery service. I placed a $280 grocery order that never arrived. Instead of helping, BJ’s repeatedly pushed me toward DoorDash—even though I didn’t order through DoorDash. Their only “solution” was to wait 3–7 business days for a refund and to place another $280 order while my money was being held. This is unacceptable, especially when the missing order contained essential groceries. BJ’s took my payment but offered no real support or resolution.

Horrible recruiting team. If you google why BJs is bad, AI literally tells you it is poor management and lazy employees. I got the runaround in emails and texts to speak to a recruiter, nothing. Complained and reached out to another contact. That contact said to speak to someone else for a different position. Sure enough 18 minutes after writing to a that different recruiter for a different position, it was denied after being reviewed for 2 months. Nice. Definitely retaliation and incompetence.
